  • CANCELLATION POLICY:  Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.  If you are planning to arrive any later than 9pm, please inform the hotel. Any cancellations are required to be done on phone, a cancellation reference number will be provided to confirm that the booking has been cancelled. Non-arrivals and late cancellations will be charged for the total booking value, this will be taken from the credit card given online. All payments made by credit or debit card will be subjected to 2.0% surcharge. Cots are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. For coach parking, please contact the hotel.
